Magnification Team Director

Brother Scott Estes has been the Magnification Team Director at Richland Baptist Church since 1999. He previously served as music director at Richland from 1989-1991. During this period of time, our church has transitioned from a choir to a praise and worship team along with the introduction of the electronic keyboard, guitars, a bass guitar, drums, and a wide variety of contemporary worship music while at the same time keeping older, more traditional tunes alive. The purpose of the Praise and Worship Ministry is to consistently offer opportunities to focus worship service attendees on a holy, living God who, according to Scripture, seeks out true worshipers.

Bro. Scott lives in Morton with his wife, Danielle, and their children, Joseph and Ella. He is a member of the Church Council and serves on several church committees. Bro. Scott is the principal of Glendale Elementary School in East Peoria; Elementary District 86. He also is a member of several community and professional organizations.
